Each year, the Infor Partner Network (IPN) honours its top Partners per region and across industries. Partners are evaluated across the key tenets of the IPN programme: driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer outcomes, and supporting our joint customers’ migration to cloud. Our goal is to promote our most strategic partner relationships to existing and prospective customers.

AWARD CRITERIA

Unlock the path to success: IPN Award criteria

Explore the key criteria that set the standard for excellence in our IPN Partner Awards programme. Our criteria ensures that recognition is based on impactful contributions and success.

  1. Partner of the Year and Industry Partner of the Year Awards: ACV bookings or sourced opportunities that are closed / won based on results for the calendar year
  2. Cloud Upgrade Partner of the Year Award: Based on count of unique customers (not sites) migrated from on premise to cloud
  3. Compass & SunSystems Awards: Based on total selling effort (perpetual + ACV). Only Resell Partners are considered.
  4. Partners based in the Republic of China, Singapore, and Taiwan will be measured on Total Selling Effort due to local restrictions

North America

  1. Partner of the Year: This award will be given to our top Partner in this region based on their total ACV bookings
  2. Cloud Upgrade Partner of the Year: Given to the Partner who moves the most individual customers from an on-premise solution to a CloudSuite
  3. Industry Partner(s) of the Year: In North America, awards will be given across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Public Sector
  4. Growth Partner of the Year: To honor our rising stars, this award recognizes the Partner with the highest percentage growth in their ACV bookings (minimum prior year bookings of $200K required)
  5. New Partner of the Year: Highlighting a Partner who joined the Infor Partner Network less than two years ago with the highest total ACV bookings
  6. Compass: Resell Partners focused primarily on Compass products will be eligible for an award based on Total Selling Effort

LATAM

  1. Partner of the Year: This award will be given to our top Partner in this region based on their total ACV bookings
  2. Cloud Upgrade Partner of the Year: Given to the Partner who moves the most individual customers from an on-premise solution to a CloudSuite
  3. Industry Partner(s) of the Year: In Latin America, awards will be given across Manufacturing (including WMS) and Distribution

EMEA

In EMEA, awards will be given regionally, with winners in Northern Europe, Central and Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East and Africa.

  1. Partner of the Year: This award will be given to our top Partner in this region based on their total ACV bookings 
  2. Cloud Upgrade Partner of the Year: Given to the Partner who moves the most individual customers from an on-premise solution to a CloudSuite
  3. Industry Partner(s) of the Year: Across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, awards will be given for the Manufacturing and Distribution industries
  4. Compass: Resell Partners focused primarily on Compass products will be eligible for an award based on Total Selling Effort. This award will go to an APAC or EMEA Partner.
  5. SunSystems: Resell Partners primarily focused on SunSystems will have their own awards to include: Partner of the Year, Cloud Partner of the Year, Growth Partner of the Year, and New Partner of the Year

APAC

  1. Partner of the Year: This award will be given to our top Partner in this region based on their total ACV bookings 
  2. Cloud Upgrade Partner of the Year: Given to the Partner who moves the most individual customers from an on-premise solution to a CloudSuite
  3. Industry Partner(s) of the Year: Awards will be given for the Manufacturing and Distribution industries
  4. Compass: Resell Partners focused primarily on Compass products will be eligible for an award based on Total Selling Effort. This award will go to an APAC or EMEA Partner.
  5. SunSystems: Resell Partners primarily focused on SunSystems will have their own awards to include: Partner of the Year, Cloud Partner of the Year, Growth Partner of the Year, and New Partner of the Year
