This video is a high-level walkthrough of the project management functionality in Optiva. It covers the initiation of a project, utilizing the Wizard form functionality in Optiva PLM, and the subsequent management of that data in the Advanced Projects module. Use of the Project form and all of its related data are outlined, including the Project Gantt chart & stage gate view. Finally, we'll take a brief look at the formula tools in Optiva feed back into the project, closing the loop on a task submitted to the user.
