CCPA Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice for California residents applies to visitors to our website who are consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Information We Do and Do Not Collect
Infor collects personal information as described at www.infor.com/about/privacy.
In the past 12 months, Infor has collected the following types of personal information:
First and last name, postal address, email address, username, IP address, online identifier, and similar identifiers.
- Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
First and last name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.
- Commercial information
Records of Infor products licensed or used.
- Internet or other similar network activity
Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
- Geolocation data
Location data based on an IP address.
- Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law
Unless you are an Infor employee or applicant, we have not collected information relating to your age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).
- Commercial information
Records of personal property purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
- Biometric information
Unless you are an Infor employee or applicant, we have not collected genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as, fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data.
- Professional or employment-related information
Unless you are an Infor employee or applicant, Infor has not collected information related to your current employment or prior job history.
- Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)
Unless you are an Infor employee or applicant, Infor has not collected your education records maintained by an educational institution, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.
- Inferences drawn from other personal information
Unless you are an Infor employee or applicant, or a user of Infor’s Talent Science application, we have not collected a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, or aptitudes.
- Sensory data
Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
- Data from children under the age of 16
Any personal information related to children under the age of 16. If you are a child under the age of 16, please do not provide your personal information to us.
We share your personal information with Infor affiliates and subsidiaries, vendors, partners, and service providers (when you have approved such sharing) to complete transactions, or to provide a product you have requested. We also share data with Infor affiliates and subsidiaries, with vendors working for us, when required by law or legal process, to protect lives, to maintain the security of our products, to provide support services and to protect the rights and property of Infor and its customers. For example, we may share information with our partners to complete a business transaction with you or to provide support during your use of our products and services.
Infor has not collected the following types of personal information:
Under CCPA, personal information does not include publicly available information from government records, deidentified or aggregated consumer information or information otherwise excluded from the CCPA's scope.
We obtain your personal information both directly and indirectly. For example, we directly obtain your personal information when you complete forms on our website. We may also obtain information indirectly from you, for example, by observing your interactions with our website.
Infor does not sell your personal information to third parties within the scope of CCPA.
California Consumer Rights
You have the right to request that we provide you with information about the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected such information, the specific personal information we collected about you, the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information about you, the categories of your personal information that we disclosed (if any), and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such information in the preceding 12 months. You also have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Infor will not discriminate against you in offering pricing or services if you choose to exercise any of your rights under CCPA.
How to Make a Request
You may be required to submit proof of your identity for these requests to be processed as a verifiable consumer request. We may not be able to comply with your request if we are unable to confirm your identity.
Under CCPA, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you designate an authorized agent, we may require proof of identity and authority before taking action on your request.
We will respond to your request consistent with the CCPA, which does not apply to certain information, such as information made available from government records, certain data subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and certain other laws, and where its application is preempted by, or in conflict with, other laws applicable to Infor.
