Starting a career at Infor™ starts with building the confidence to make an impact. As a new quarter begins, a new group of early career professionals stepped into that journey through the 2026 July Early Talent cohort onboarding. Held at Infor’s Dallas Office, 34 early career professionals, recently came together for three days of immersive onboarding. More than an introduction to the company, the experience gave participants a closer look at the people, technology, culture, and opportunities that shape life at Infor.
That investment in people starts from day one. Fresh ideas fuel innovation and Infor’s Early Talent Program is designed to build the skills, connections and confidence new employees need to grow their careers across Infor. Whether in Pre-sales, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, or Software Development, the program gives early talent the space to develop professionally while contributing to meaningful work that guides global industries.
Conversations on Infor
The cohort kicked off with a series of interactive sessions to provide a strong foundation on Infor as a company. They explored topics such as Infor’s Vision and priorities, Velocity Suite, Infor’s all-inclusive AI offer, and Principle Based Management (PBM), the framework that guides how Infor employees make decisions, collaborate, and create value. An alumni panel also brought the experience full circle. Members of previous Early Talent cohorts shared their own experiences and success stories, offering inspiration and a reminder that every successful career begins somewhere.
A bigger view of what’s possible
At the end of the three-day onboarding experience, the cohort made a remarkable leap. From learning about Infor to being able to confidently speak about the company and the impact that we value. Along the way, moments like their team-bonding experience at Netflix House gave them the opportunity to connect beyond the learning sessions.“This program is unlike traditional onboarding. It’s in-person, extremely interactive, and encourages them to build relationships outside their immediate teams. We want them to walk away feeling confident in their choice to work at Infor and have a support system of colleagues they can rely on” shares Andie Jackson, Early Talent recruiter.
Onboarding may be where the journey begins, but the connections built along the way can last far beyond those first three days.
