We're simplifying your Infor U Support experience: one location, improved service
As part of our commitment to delivering the smoothest, most efficient customer experience, Infor U Support will move exclusively to the Infor Customer Portal, effective July 1, 2026.
Since introducing the portal last October alongside our email channel, we've seen immediate benefits and so have you. As a result, we will be decommissioning InforU.Support@infor.com on July 1 and focusing all support through the Infor Customer Portal.
What this means for you:
You'll have a single, centralized platform to submit, track, and update your Infor U Support requests with greater visibility, access to our knowledge base, and faster resolutions.
We're excited to provide a more transparent and streamlined support process. Simply log in to Infor Concierge and access the Infor Customer Portal, it's that easy.

Creating Infor U Support cases via Infor Customer Portal
1. Log in to Infor Concierge.
2. Select Infor Customer Portal from the left-hand navigation pane.
3. Select "Create Case" from the Cases menu, then complete and submit the case form.
What else is changing?
- Beginning July 1, our InforU.Support@infor.com email channel is being decommissioned.
- In its place, you can now create and manage Infor U Support cases directly through our Infor Customer Portal via Infor Concierge.
- Once your case is submitted, you'll receive a notification with a link to view and update your case.
- To keep your case up to date, add comments, or attach relevant documents, simply click the link within your Infor Customer Portal notification email (generated by ServiceNow).
- Alternatively, you can reply directly to ServiceNow-generated notifications with comments or attachments without logging in to Infor Concierge.
