HMS Associate

This exam targets and validates the product knowledge demonstrated by an individual with less than one year of experience using HMS. Key objectives of this exam include maintaining room rates, managing guest reservation details, checking guests in and out, posting payment and charges, creating housekeeping work orders, and managing housekeeping assignments.

LN Cloud Aerospace & Defense Associate

This exam targets and validates the product knowledge demonstrated by an individual with less than one year of experience using Infor LN Cloud Aerospace & Defense. Key objectives of this exam include accessing and navigating Infor LN screens, setting up basic master data, and describing the main business processes in Infor LN Cloud Aerospace & Defense.

WFM Multi-view Scheduler (MVS) Associate

This exam targets and validates the product knowledge demonstrated by an individual with less than one year of experience using Infor WFM Multi-view Scheduler. Key capabilities for this role include describing the scheduling process, configuring elements for scheduling employees and shifts, creating and processing a master rotation, and setting up self-scheduling groups.

Note: This exam is applicable for both on-premises and Cloud.
