Steve has a residential and commercial electrical background and joined Caltrans in 2008 at the Auburn Electrical Maintenance Yard, where he spent nearly 10 years supervising and maintaining traffic signals, highway lighting, ramp meters, CCTVs, and more. In 2018, he was promoted to HQ IMMS, helping deploy IMMS v8, training new users, and creating training videos.
