World's Largest Halloween Retailer Chooses Infor WFM for Labor Attendance and Optimized Scheduling

Infor WFM is a comprehensive solution that is designed to help align labor management with corporate strategy. A previous Infor customer, currently utilizing Infor Learning Management Systems to help keep their teams engaged with easy access to content and collaboration tools, Spencer’s decided to partner with Infor again to better forecast and manage both direct and indirect labor needs based on varied demand drivers. Infor WFM offered a complete set of integrated modules, built on a digital platform, for the company to automate workforce management processes and optimize teams, which is critical for any organization to increase efficiency, boost productivity, and reduce labor costs for better business outcomes.

In addition, with Infor WFM, Spencer’s can develop schedules mathematically, considering all potential variables that affect their business in real time to consistently create optimized schedules. Managers can even modify schedules or fill unexpected gaps as they happen.
