Fluid Components uses Infor CPQ to boost sales by 15% per order
An Infor SyteLine customer since 1998, FCI has evolved their systems over time to meet the needs of internal users, as well as their large international network of sales representative and distributors. With 95% of its orders built-to-order, FCI has used Infor CPQ's integrated manufacturing configuration within SyteLine since 2008 to better manage their orders, as well as produce dynamic bills of materials, routings, and manufacturing information. This addition reduced significant back-and-forth across teams in their organization.
