As we welcome a new cohort of Early Talent trainees, we’re highlighting early-career professionals who stepped outside their comfort zones and began carving their own career paths. They share what drew them to the program, the experiences that have shaped their journey so far, and the moments that have helped them grow in confidence.

As part of their training, participants gain hands-on experience with Infor™’s suite of offerings such as Infor OS and Infor M3. Through practical training, they build familiarity with the technologies they may use in their future roles.

Cameron – Associate Consultant (Trainee)

CameronAfter graduation, Cameron knew that he wanted to explore consulting and continue building his knowledge in a practical environment. This interest led him to the Early Talent Program at Infor, where he found an opportunity to learn while gradually adapting to the realities of a professional role.

For Cameron, the hands-on nature of the training has been valuable. Working alongside colleagues at different stages of their careers has also given him a chance to learn from others while building relationships with peers.

“So far, the most valuable part of my experience has been hands-on learning with Infor OS,” he shares. “Our training schedule gives us the chance to practice within the systems our customers deploy and to learn how to work with customers from a controlled ecosystem.”

Looking back, he would tell his past self not to worry about having limited software experience, as “Infor provides all of its Early Talent associates with the tools they need to succeed.”

Savana – Associate Consultant (Trainee)

Savana Savana says that the “supportive and collaborative culture” has been one of the highlights of her experience at Infor.

“Having the opportunity to connect with individuals who have already navigated this journey has been incredibly beneficial. Their willingness to answer questions, whether about past experiences, product knowledge, career development, or general advice, has made it easier to learn, grow, and gain confidence in my role,” she says.

In just four weeks of training, Savana has developed a stronger understanding of Infor OS and M3, all knowledge she hopes to apply to future projects.

“Joining Infor has been a great transition from college to a professional career. If you are looking to join a program that genuinely cares about setting you up for success, and enjoy learning and challenging yourself, this is a great program for you.”

Bailey Hamilton - Associate Consultant (Trainee)

Bailey Hamilton Bailey shared that one of the most valuable parts of her Early Talent experience has been building a network across the company. Through sessions and training, she has connected with colleagues from different teams and industries, giving her the opportunity to learn from their experiences. For Bailey, this opportunity has been especially valuable as she transitions from college into the professional world.

“I was drawn to the structured support and preparation designed to help new graduates build a strong foundation and set themselves up for success.”

Beyond building connections, the training has also strengthened her knowledge of the ERP system while helping her develop practical professional skills including presentation and communication.

For new graduates considering their next step, Bailey encourages them to take the opportunity to learn, grow, and build connections.

“It's an exciting time to join Infor, and the program provides excellent opportunities for growth, learning, and building meaningful connections throughout the company,” Bailey shares.
