Infor is closely monitoring the conflict in Russia and Ukraine and is working to mitigate potential risks to customers related to cyber threats.
Collective threat intelligence suggests that cyber warfare is currently focused on Ukraine — utilities, government entities, public sector — with prominent hacking groups backing both Russia and Ukraine.
There has not been a significant increase in attacks on U.S. companies, although this could change quickly, and Infor is monitoring the situation in real time.
Infor continues to operate business as usual, with contingency plans and increased security in place.
While Infor's security program has long been based on industry best practices, the company has also taken additional measures based on current threat intelligence, including those advised by the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) earlier this year. These measure include monitoring Infor’s network for malicious traffic and emerging indicators of compromise (IoCs). Infor is also ensuring that its best-in-class endpoint detection and response (EDR) solution is continuously updated and monitored by its Security Operations Center (SOC).
Infor customers should not experience any interruptions in their cloud solutions or SaaS services. The company plans to continue to service all of its customers in Europe unless legal restrictions are put in place that prevent it from doing so.
More information about Infor's security program can be found on the Infor Cloud Security page. The Infor security team can be reached at email@example.com.
