Chief Customer Officer
Susan Beal is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Infor. In this role, Susan is responsible for overall customer success and satisfaction. She acts on behalf of customers as their advocate, and helps them achieve maximum value from their Infor CloudSuite investment. She is accountable for leading the transition to put customer needs at the center of all Infor business decisions, and delivering a great customer experience.
Since joining Infor in 2012, Susan has held several senior management positions, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Solution Consulting, leading the global consolidation and transformation of Infor’s pre-sales organization. Prior to Infor, Susan was Business Development Director at CGI (formerly AMS). She began her 15 year tenure there in ERP development, customer implementations, and support before moving up the organization. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
