Introducing Customer Central

Infor is always striving to help you meet your business goals by working to deliver the most comprehensive software solutions in the industry. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce the release of a new Infor® OS feature for multi-tenant customers - Customer Central.

Customer Central is included with your active software as a service (SaaS) subscription and offers an enhanced support experience directly from within your CloudSuite multi-tenant Infor OS platform.

We are including the following functionality in the initial release:

  • Incident creation with ability to record video and attach screenshots
  • Incident viewing and management

With the introduction of Customer Central, you can provide important information up front to help Infor start researching and analyzing your support issue with a goal of speeding up the response and resolution process.

Log into your Multi-Tenant Infor OS production environment.

The Customer Central menu is available to all users who have a valid Infor Concierge login.

Incident creation with ability to record video and attach screenshots

When creating an incident directly from within your CloudSuite multi-tenant Infor OS platform, you can choose to include a screen recording of the incident or a static screenshot, in addition to any attachments you may have:

Similarly, and while adding comments to existing incidents (accessible through the Incident Management view), you now have the ability to add screen recordings or statics screenshots as comments on existing incidents.

What’s next for Customer Central?

This first delivery of Customer Central is just the beginning, and we are planning to continue enhancing this feature.

Planned future functionality includes:

  • Access to important documents
  • Viewing and drilling into usage reports
  • Viewing release reports and Infor events
  • Creating and reviewing enhancement requests
  • Registering for education courses and viewing release trainings
  • Reviewing Knowledge Base articles
  • Viewing upcoming maintenance periods
