This year’s event opened with thought-provoking general sessions designed to inspire and inform. In Las Vegas and Cannes, keynote speaker Shelley Brown delivered an energizing talk on The Power of W.E.I.R.D. She explored how individuality fuels belonging, engagement, and success, encouraging attendees to embrace Welcoming, Engaging, Integrating, Risk-taking, and Delivering as a foundation for thriving workplace cultures.
Meanwhile, in Singapore, mountaineer and author David Lim captivated the audience with Lessons from Everest: The Success Journeys. Drawing from three decades of climbing the world’s most challenging peaks, he shared powerful insights on resilience, goal setting, and leading through disruption—lessons that resonate deeply in the fast-changing world of hospitality.
