How do I search for jobs across Infor's global enterprise?

Searching jobs across Infor is easy. Simply visit our career site. Once there, you can search by location, job title, keyword, or job id number. You may search for Remote roles as well, either as a Location value or in the Keyword Search field.

How can I stay in-the-know about future job opportunities?

There are two ways to be the first to know about our latest opportunities, and we suggest you do them both! Sign up for job alerts to be notified about specific roles, or join our Talent Community, which lets Infor recruiters know about your specific interests so they can reach out to you when an open job matches your profile.

You can search and apply on our career site. When you’ve found a job you’re interested in, click the job title to view the full job description. Then, click "apply" and you’ll be led through the application process.

How do I edit a job application after submission?

Once submitted, an application cannot be edited. However, you can edit your profile and contact information at any time.

How do I upload my resume/CV, other documents or attachments?

During the application process, you can upload your resume/CV and other necessary attachments. Simply select 'choose file', then browse your device to upload the document.

I am having trouble uploading my resume and/or other files.

Upload all resumes/CVs, documents, and attachments in one of the following common formats: .doc, .docx, or .pdf. Do NOT upload HTML files or Apples Pages documents, scanned images or other image files like .html, .jpg, .png, or .bmp as these are not accepted formats. Before submitting, verify your document is not password protected and does not exceed 10MB.

How do I withdraw an application?

Once submitted, an application cannot be withdrawn from the Candidate Portal. If you wish to withdraw your application, please contact the recruiter who is hiring for the role.

Can I submit my resume/CV via email?

To submit your resume/CV, you have two options: apply for a job, or join our Talent Community. You can upload your resume during both of these processes. We do not accept emailed resumes.

I am a former employee. How can I apply?

As a former employee, you’ll follow the same simple application steps as non-employees. Find a job you’re interested in on our career site, and click the job title to view the full job description. Then, click "apply" and you’ll be led through the application process.

Creating A Profile

I’m having username and password trouble. Help!

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the options for recovering it on the log-in page. Note that once created, usernames cannot be changed, but if you’re trying to create a username or password that isn’t being accepted by the system, verify you’re meeting the necessary criteria. If you’ve tried all available options, and problems persist, contact us.

I might already have an online profile. How do I check?

There’s a simple way to find out if you already have an online profile. On the home page, click on Sign in, you will see an "Are you already registered?" section with a Forgot your Password option. Please do not create multiple profiles for yourself with different email addresses.

How do I update my profile information?

Once you log in, you’ll have the ability to update your candidate profile.

I no longer have access to the email I registered with. What should I do?

Log in using your username and password. In your profile, you can update the email address associated with your account.

What if I don’t have a given or family name?

The system requires an entry in this field. If you do not have a given name (first name) or a family name (second name), please enter a name so this field is not blank.

How do I request to have my data removed from the system?

If you’d like your data permanently removed from the system, please click on the Infor Privacy Policy link in the footer of the web page.
